Michael Praed (born April 1, 1960 in Gloucestershire), British actor, is probably best known for his role when Robin of Locksley (Robin Hood) in the British television series Robin of Sherwood. He left a series fallowing 2 years to pop up in Broadway as D'Artagnan in The Three Musketeers. He so appeared when Prince Michael of Moldavia on the television series Dynasty for a year.

More television works include Riders (1993), Crown Prosecutors (1995) and The Secret Adventures of Jules Verne (1999).

His stage function includes swimming Frederick in the The Pirates of Penzance (1982-83), Andrew Lloyd-Webber's Aspects of Love (1991-92) and Harold Pinter's The Caretaker (1993).

Extra recently, he has starred in the West Prevent production of 'Email' (2002-03) and toured Britain in 'The Constant Wife'(2003).

He has as well featured around the Doctor Who audio drama.
